We kind of just landed in Jeff’s lap. My wife and I wanted to look at a house and Jeff was the real estate agent sent to show it. A couple days later we wanted to see another. There was Jeff standing outside waiting for us to arrive. After he showed us our second batch of houses we were pretty confident we wanted Jeff as our agent. When we finally selected our house and put in our offer Jeff was thurough and made sure we got everything we wanted. Our transaction started smoothly but began to fall apart due to pain in th a** sellers. Jeff stood by our side and stood his ground. He communicates with us at all ours of the day and on weekends. He walked us through all our documents and made sure we understood everything. Also, Jeff lives close to where we purchased so he checked on the house for us after we closed and couldn’t take possession due to the sellers renting back and then abandoning the property. Overall we are extremely satisfied and will be referring Jeff to anyone looking for a hardworking and trustworthy agent.
