He was extremely helpful and honest. He knows the market and the process very well and makes sure to look out for your best interest. He won’t push you into a house that isn’t the right fit, and he takes to time to find out what the right fit would be. I would 100% recommend utilizing Jeff for his expertise and work ethic. The effort he put in to make sure things were completed in time for escrow to close in time was more then we could have asked. He went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t getting ourselves into a bum deal. He seemed to really care about our family and if we were to move in Ramona again I would use him as our agent again in a heartbeat.

Jeff Is The Best!!! He helped us purchase a home and after being there for a cpl years, we found our forever home that is much bigger and suits our medical needs. Jeff Brumfield found us our dream house and pulled off a 30 day VA loan close. I highly recommend Jeff for all of your real estate needs. He took on the task of finding the perfect home for my multi-generation family. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry on another property and offered to meet us a few hours later to show the home. He ended up showing us over 30 properties and was very patient with 4 adults trying to agree! He found us the perfect home, hooked us up with a great finance company that gave us a great rate, managed the scheduling for all the appraisals, inspections, etc. He kept us updated the entire process. He even managed to pull up our closing by 5 days so we didn’t have to move over Thanksgiving! You will be very pleased with Jeff.
