When we first spoke with Jeff he was informative and we were immediately impressed by his attention to the details we were looking for as well as how fast he provided information to us. I had an incredible experience working with Jeff. I was very lucky to find him as a first time land buyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had a lot of questions, and each one he answered in detail. I would say he went above and beyond and provided me with tons of information. I was worried that because I was making a small investment that perhaps I would not find a realtor that would take their time to help me out. Jeff however treated me like royalty. We went to many lots together and I never felt rushed. He is a complete gentleman and professional. Jeff Brumfield was absolutely fantastic. He was available at a moments notice to provide assistance, guidance, and explanations on the whole home buying process; and he explained any and all documents that we had questions on. I really appreciated Jeff’s candid nature when viewing homes. He wanted us to find the right home for us, not to just make the sale. Jeff was referred to us as a realtor who knows Ramona well. Since that is the area my husband and I were interested in, we thought he would be a good choice. He was. We originally were looking at houses in Julian. And, he found us one. It was within our price range and had the amenities we wanted but the more we thought about it, and the more our grown kids thought about it, we all decided it would be best if we were not so far away from them. I felt bad as Jeff had gone through the trouble of finding this house that met our needs. When we told him of ours and our kids hesitation, he was so understanding and reassured us that this was “our” decision and if finding one closer to home was what we needed, he would help us find one and to take our time. So we did. We waited for a month or so then one day received a call from Jeff saying he had found the perfect house for us in Ramona. He wanted to know if we were ready to continue our hunt. We jumped on it. We were looking at the house the next day. Loved it; as it met all our needs. We made an offer. It was accepted. He made it so easy. He’s so knowledgeable about the area and listened when we talked about our wish list. He knew what we were comfortable in doing to “renovate” and what we needed to already have done. It felt almost too easy. I would so recommend working with Jeff. It’s been a great experience.

Jeff did an excellent job of guiding us through the preparation of our rental property for sale with an eye on getting the best return for our investment in renovations. His extensive list of professionals were invaluable when I need to get work done in a hurry at a great price. When we finally listed the home, Jeff’s suggested price was considerably above what we were thinking we would get and on top of that, Jeff got us a full priced offer in less than 24 hours. He worked tirelessly through the close and has earned our loyalty as we persue purchasing a replacement for the house we sold.

My wife and I worked with Jeff Brumfield and his real estate associate Chris Trementozzi to find our dream forever house. In the beginning we were working with them to have a custom home built on a lot Jeff had purchased in the Ramona area, but after the Covid 19 crisis caused complications in securing financing for the construction of the custom house, Jeff and Chris responded quickly when my wife stumbled upon a listing of an existing house that almost a mirrored the design of the custom house we had been designing with Jeff. The house had hit the market only a couple days prior but they were able to coordinate a viewing of the house last minute on a Sunday with the proper protocol in place to observe the new Covid 19 process of seeing a home in person. After our walk though, we immediately fell in love with the house and Jeff and Chris were able to help position us to land this dream forever home, while up against 10 other offers because of their experience, Jeff’s reputation, and (as luck would have it) long-standing relationship with the seller’s agent. This all culminated in Jeff being able to ensure we provided the highest non-contingent offer and not get into a bidding war. We relied on Jeff and Chris for their guidance through the home purchase process which allowed us to close on time with a great 3.125% 30 yr fixed rate via a quality lender Jeff’s son worked for. Jeff and Chris were always very responsive and thorough in explaining the process to my wife and I as we had a lot of question with this being our first time purchasing a home not from a family member. I would highly recommend Jeff and Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but most definitely if that home purchase and/or sale are in the Ramona, CA area as their knowledge of the area, the real estate market, and their many relationships with other real estate agents will be the edge you need in landing the house of your dreams in a very competitive home purchase environment consisting of low inventory and high buyer interest, not to mention helping to ensure you are best positioned to receive the best/highest offer when it comes time to sell your house.
