After working with Jeff to find our dream home back in Oct of last year, it was a no brainer for my husband and I to request his services once again to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Jeff was able to view the condo the very next day after discussing our desires over the phone the night prior. He was able to view and list the property in less than 24 hours. Only two days into the condo going on the market, we received a three offers. Yes, Jeff is that good. His ability to advertise and provide maximum exposure for all to see truly does seperate him from the rest of the pack. Jeff was able to get me a house even in the middle of this buying frenzy. Never thought I would be able to find a home, have been looking for awhile. He was very patient with us and would look with us wherever we wanted to, always available and accommodating with our schedules. The house that we finally purchased, he found for us. He called us up, let us know one was available that met our criteria and we were the first ones to see the house before it even hit the market.
