JEff sold me my current house that we have been living in for 4 months now. I told him exactly what I wanted and he nailed it on the first house that he showed me. The bid was in and a few days later I was in escrow. The house closed with no problems and it was a very smooth process

I had an incredible experience working with Jeff. I was very lucky to find him as a first time land buyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had a lot of questions, and each one he answered in detail. I would say he went above and beyond and provided me with tons of information. I was worried that because I was making a small investment that perhaps I would not find a realtor that would take their time to help me out. Jeff however treated me like royalty. We went to many lots together and I never felt rushed. He is a complete gentleman and professional. After working with Jeff to find our dream home back in Oct of last year, it was a no brainer for my husband and I to request his services once again to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Jeff was able to view the condo the very next day after discussing our desires over the phone the night prior. He was able to view and list the property in less than 24 hours. Only two days into the condo going on the market, we received a three offers. Yes, Jeff is that good. His ability to advertise and provide maximum exposure for all to see truly does seperate him from the rest of the pack. We met Jeff through his wife at the church. We reached out to him when we began looking to get into a larger home for our growing family. We met just before we took a week-long vacation. We are a family of 6 (soon to be 7) and getting out of the house for him to show the property was a slightly intimidating. Needless to say that while we were on vacation Jeff was able to get the house shown and sold. We didn’t need to worry about showing the house! His knowledge about the loan process and ability to explain everything in layman’s terms so we weren’t confused and clear about the entire process. Jeff was the buying and selling agent on the deal for our home, he has worked with our buyer while he has helped us finalize terms for the house we are buying. He’s been diligent about keeping us all in the loop as to where we are in the process and has worked with our buyer to ensure we could move into our new house as we moved out of our old house. Even through loops and hiccups Jeff has communicated what’s next. I highly recommend Jeff as a realtor who will work with you and for you!

Jeff is AMAZING! We inquired about a property on a whim at 9:45 p.m. on a weeknight thinking we’d have a reply first thing in the morning. He called within minutes! He worked like a madman to show us houses with great potential in our price range and we ended up buying a beautiful home that I wouldn’t have even considered based on the listing photos! And the best part? He had buyers lined up for our condo before we even put in an offer! Jeff is kind-hearted, but also no-nonsense. He got us a smoking deal on our forever home! He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and took the time to talk us through things we weren’t familiar with, never once losing his patience with all of my questions!
