We chose Jeff as our agent, not knowing him, but cold calling on a property we had found and were interested in. When we first spoke with Jeff he was informative and we were immediately impressed by his attention to the details we were looking for as well as how fast he provided information to us. I had an incredible experience working with Jeff. I was very lucky to find him as a first time land buyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had a lot of questions, and each one he answered in detail. I would say he went above and beyond and provided me with tons of information. I was worried that because I was making a small investment that perhaps I would not find a realtor that would take their time to help me out. Jeff however treated me like royalty. Jeff originally sold us our condo in Ramona in 2014 and did an excellent job helping us as first time home buyers. So when the time came to sell our home this year we knew Jeff was going to be our first call. Jeff answered us immediately and when we explained the situation of needing to sell quickly, he said not to worry we would get it sold. Our home was listed the same week we made the call. One week later our home was under-contract. Jeff worked tirelessly to hold this deal together, unfortunately due to buyer circumstances it did not workout. However, the very next day we had it back on the market and Jeff held a public open house, the VERY next day! Jeff was able to secure another buyer for our home during that open house. Jeff negotiated on our behalf to get us the best outcome possible for our situation, for that we are very thankful. We closed on our home just over a month later with the help of Jeff guiding us through inspections, appraisals and repairs. Jeff also went above and beyond his duties taking care of things we could not, as we live out of state. We could not be happier with the service Jeff provided as well as his understanding with us when things got stressful.
