April 2016 Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home. When I saw our home, I immediately called him on Sunday morning and Jeff quickly booked an appointment to view the home on Monday. Our home in Lakeside was foreclosured for almost two years, Jeff and his son Matt made the difficult process with the bank effortless. No expense is too much for his clients, our open house offered Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, cookies and drinks. Also, he created custom flyers of our home and printed them on card stock. Right after my wife and I made a request to look at a house, Jeff Brumfield was the fastest to respond back to us. We did hear back from a few others but Jeff remained the most respectful and the most professional. It was an EASY choice after that. This was my first home buying experiance and it could not have gone any better. Jeff was ready for anything and has experience to make the right choice in getting what the buyer wants. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and made things much more clear. Jeff gets things done! Going through the proper paperwork couldn’t have been easier.
