We sold our home in Ramona in June 2021. Jeff and his team were fantastic to work with. Jeff and team were EXTREMELY responsive to any and all questions. Home sold within a couple of days well over our asking price. Jeff is a one stop shop. He lined up all the need inspections, he also has a construction crew that took care of last minute repairs to the home. The quality of his services is worth the extra percentage commission. We met Jeff through his wife at the church. We reached out to him when we began looking to get into a larger home for our growing family. We met just before we took a week-long vacation. We are a family of 6 (soon to be 7) and getting out of the house for him to show the property was a slightly intimidating. Needless to say that while we were on vacation Jeff was able to get the house shown and sold. We didn’t need to worry about showing the house! His knowledge about the loan process and ability to explain everything in layman’s terms so we weren’t confused and clear about the entire process. Jeff was the buying and selling agent on the deal for our home, he has worked with our buyer while he has helped us finalize terms for the house we are buying. He’s been diligent about keeping us all in the loop as to where we are in the process and has worked with our buyer to ensure we could move into our new house as we moved out of our old house.
