We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Jeff Brumfield. We were first-time home-buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Jeff was referred to us as a realtor who knows Ramona well. Since that is the area my husband and I were interested in, we thought he would be a good choice. He was. We originally were looking at houses in Julian. And, he found us one. It was within our price range and had the amenities we wanted but the more we thought about it, and the more our grown kids thought about it, we all decided it would be best if we were not so far away from them. I felt bad as Jeff had gone through the trouble of finding this house that met our needs. When we told him of ours and our kids hesitation, he was so understanding and reassured us that this was “our” decision and if finding one closer to home was what we needed, he would help us find one and to take our time. So we did. We waited for a month or so then one day received a call from Jeff saying he had found the perfect house for us in Ramona. He wanted to know if we were ready to continue our hunt. We jumped on it. We were looking at the house the next day. Loved it; as it met all our needs. We made an offer. It was accepted. He made it so easy. He’s so knowledgeable about the area and listened when we talked about our wish list. He knew what we were comfortable in doing to “renovate” and what we needed to already have done. It felt almost too easy. I would so recommend working with Jeff. It’s been a great experience.
