Jeff’s team is amazing at all they did to help us as a seller to navigate the sale of our house, getting a top dollar offer closed in 30 days without having to do any upgrades on our home, saving us time and money in the process. Sometimes people question if the realtor is earning the commission they get for selling a house, but I assure you, with all the resources and experience Jeff’s team brings to the table, they are worth every penny.

Jeff was referred to us as a realtor who knows Ramona well. Since that is the area my husband and I were interested in, we thought he would be a good choice. He was. We originally were looking at houses in Julian. And, he found us one. It was within our price range and had the amenities we wanted but the more we thought about it, and the more our grown kids thought about it, we all decided it would be best if we were not so far away from them. I felt bad as Jeff had gone through the trouble of finding this house that met our needs. When we told him of ours and our kids hesitation, he was so understanding and reassured us that this was “our” decision and if finding one closer to home was what we needed, he would help us find one and to take our time. So we did. We waited for a month or so then one day received a call from Jeff saying he had found the perfect house for us in Ramona. He wanted to know if we were ready to continue our hunt. We jumped on it. We were looking at the house the next day. Loved it; as it met all our needs. We made an offer. It was accepted. He made it so easy. He’s so knowledgeable about the area and listened when we talked about our wish list. He knew what we were comfortable in doing to “renovate” and what we needed to already have done. It felt almost too easy. I would so recommend working with Jeff. It’s been a great experience.

I highly recommend Jeff and his team. He helped us buy our first condo. This time around, he helped sell our condo and helped us get our dream house. Without his knowledge and connections, we may have not gotten our new home on the first try or first bid. Jeff and his team provide a well-rounded real estate sales experience, including extensive marketing and construction assistance (when needed) for the benefit of both sellers and buyers. Jeff and his team are top notch. My wife and I have sold/bought 8+ properties and find there are many real estate agents that are friends, family, etc. They may be great people but often they’re inexperienced, don’t know the local community, and quite frankly are not professional – avoid these people…run. You cannot go wrong with Jeff and his professional team.
