April 2016 Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home. When I saw our home, I immediately called him on Sunday morning and Jeff quickly booked an appointment to view the home on Monday. JEff sold me my current house that we have been living in for 4 months now. I told him exactly what I wanted and he nailed it on the first house that he showed me. The bid was in and a few days later I was in escrow. The house closed with no problems and it was a very smooth process
