We sold our home in Ramona in June 2021. Jeff and his team were fantastic to work with. Jeff and team were EXTREMELY responsive to any and all questions. Home sold within a couple of days well over our asking price. Jeff is a one stop shop. He lined up all the need inspections, he also has a construction crew that took care of last minute repairs to the home. The quality of his services is worth the extra percentage commission. Jeff originally sold us our condo in Ramona in 2014 and did an excellent job helping us as first time home buyers. So when the time came to sell our home this year we knew Jeff was going to be our first call. Jeff answered us immediately and when we explained the situation of needing to sell quickly, he said not to worry we would get it sold. Our home was listed the same week we made the call. One week later our home was under-contract. Jeff worked tirelessly to hold this deal together, unfortunately due to buyer circumstances it did not workout. However, the very next day we had it back on the market and Jeff held a public open house, the VERY next day! Jeff was able to secure another buyer for our home during that open house. Jeff negotiated on our behalf to get us the best outcome possible for our situation, for that we are very thankful. We closed on our home just over a month later with the help of Jeff guiding us through inspections, appraisals and repairs. Jeff also went above and beyond his duties taking care of things we could not, as we live out of state. We could not be happier with the service Jeff provided as well as his understanding with us when things got stressful.
