Jeff and his team provide a well-rounded real estate sales experience, including extensive marketing and construction assistance (when needed) for the benefit of both sellers and buyers. Jeff and his team are top notch. My wife and I have sold/bought 8+ properties and find there are many real estate agents that are friends, family, etc. They may be great people but often they’re inexperienced, don’t know the local community, and quite frankly are not professional – avoid these people…run. You cannot go wrong with Jeff and his professional team.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Jeff! He is seriously the best. Super knowledgeable. Very kind and helpful. He would always answer/return my calls and texts. Never made me feel like I was a bother to him. I used him to buy my condo and now used him to sell it! I moved out of state, but really wish I could have had him cloned and brought him with to help me purchase my new home! Lol. Chris is wonderful as well! Just a great overall experience. I did not have as good of treatment when using someone else out of state. That just made me appreciate them even more. I highly recommend!

He was extremely helpful and honest. He knows the market and the process very well and makes sure to look out for your best interest. He won’t push you into a house that isn’t the right fit, and he takes to time to find out what the right fit would be. I would 100% recommend utilizing Jeff for his expertise and work ethic. The effort he put in to make sure things were completed in time for escrow to close in time was more then we could have asked. He went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t getting ourselves into a bum deal. He seemed to really care about our family and if we were to move in Ramona again I would use him as our agent again in a heartbeat.

Well, for all you readers, hear me out. I live in Europe and as you can imagine, it is not easy to deal with all that is involved with purchasing a property, especially from the other side of the ocean with a nine hour time difference. I did not know Jeff prior to my interest in purchasing a piece of property in Ramona. Well, I know him now. The service and support provided was outstanding, and Jeff made a very complicated transaction go through quite smoothly. Mr. Brumfield provided assistance and solved many issues, which I could not have solved on my own being so far away. I can proudly state I am now part of the Ramona community, and I owe it all to my new friend, Jeff.
