Jeff Brumfield found us our dream house and pulled off a 30 day VA loan close. I highly recommend Jeff for all of your real estate needs. He took on the task of finding the perfect home for my multi-generation family. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry on another property and offered to meet us a few hours later to show the home. He ended up showing us over 30 properties and was very patient with 4 adults trying to agree! He found us the perfect home, hooked us up with a great finance company that gave us a great rate, managed the scheduling for all the appraisals, inspections, etc. He kept us updated the entire process. He even managed to pull up our closing by 5 days so we didn’t have to move over Thanksgiving! You will be very pleased with Jeff.

After working with Jeff to find our dream home back in Oct of last year, it was a no brainer for my husband and I to request his services once again to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Jeff was able to view the condo the very next day after discussing our desires over the phone the night prior. He was able to view and list the property in less than 24 hours. Only two days into the condo going on the market, we received a three offers. Yes, Jeff is that good. April 2016 Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home.
