Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home. When I saw our home, I immediately called him on Sunday morning and Jeff quickly booked an appointment to view the home on Monday. Our home in Lakeside was a foreclosure for almost two years, Jeff and his son Matt made the difficult process with the bank effortless. Aside from that, there were 2 other families viewing the home at the same time, Jeff quickly placed our offer and we won. Almost 7 years late, April 2016, Jeff sold us our 2nd home in Ramona. During the searching process, Jeff made himself available anytime. I loved how quickly he responded to our phone calls, same day home viewing requests, answered all our many questions and kept us encouraged to find our next house. After several months searching, again Jeff has sold us our dream home at the San Diego Country Estates in Ramona. The purchasing process was easy, stress free and enjoyable because he keep things on track and on schedule. Jeff goes above and beyond for his client and pays attention to little details like: Professional photographer, Card stock flyers, freshly baked cookies and Jersey Mike’s subs as a refreshment for an open house.
