Jeff Brumfield found us our dream house and pulled off a 30 day VA loan close. I highly recommend Jeff for all of your real estate needs. He took on the task of finding the perfect home for my multi-generation family. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry on another property and offered to meet us a few hours later to show the home. He ended up showing us over 30 properties and was very patient with 4 adults trying to agree! He found us the perfect home, hooked us up with a great finance company that gave us a great rate, managed the scheduling for all the appraisals, inspections, etc. He kept us updated the entire process.
