We met Jeff through his wife at the church. We reached out to him when we began looking to get into a larger home for our growing family. We met just before we took a week-long vacation. We are a family of 6 (soon to be 7) and getting out of the house for him to show the property was a slightly intimidating. Needless to say that while we were on vacation Jeff was able to get the house shown and sold. We didn’t need to worry about showing the house! His knowledge about the loan process and ability to explain everything in layman’s terms so we weren’t confused and clear about the entire process. Jeff was the buying and selling agent on the deal for our home, he has worked with our buyer while he has helped us finalize terms for the house we are buying. He’s been diligent about keeping us all in the loop as to where we are in the process and has worked with our buyer to ensure we could move into our new house as we moved out of our old house. Even through loops and hiccups Jeff has communicated what’s next. I highly recommend Jeff as a realtor who will work with you and for you!

I highly recommend Jeff and his team. He helped us buy our first condo. This time around, he helped sell our condo and helped us get our dream house. Without his knowledge and connections, we may have not gotten our new home on the first try or first bid. After working with Jeff to find our dream home back in Oct of last year, it was a no brainer for my husband and I to request his services once again to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Jeff was able to view the condo the very next day after discussing our desires over the phone the night prior. He was able to view and list the property in less than 24 hours. Only two days into the condo going on the market, we received a three offers. Yes, Jeff is that good.
