Jeff and his team were a pleasure. They helped us navigate a challenging closing. We had a few rounds of negotiation with the Seller and we discovered a leaking water heater in the unit above the one we were buying. Jeff and his team worked with the Seller’s broker to remedy everything quickly.

Never thought I would be able to find a home, have been looking for awhile. He was very patient with us and would look with us wherever we wanted to, always available and accommodating with our schedules. The house that we finally purchased, he found for us. He called us up, let us know one was available that met our criteria and we were the first ones to see the house before it even hit the market. Jeff Brumfield found us our dream house and pulled off a 30 day VA loan close. I highly recommend Jeff for all of your real estate needs. He took on the task of finding the perfect home for my multi-generation family. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry on another property and offered to meet us a few hours later to show the home. He ended up showing us over 30 properties and was very patient with 4 adults trying to agree! He found us the perfect home, hooked us up with a great finance company that gave us a great rate, managed the scheduling for all the appraisals, inspections, etc. He kept us updated the entire process.
