Jeff Brumfield found us our dream house and pulled off a 30 day VA loan close. I highly recommend Jeff for all of your real estate needs. He took on the task of finding the perfect home for my multi-generation family. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry on another property and offered to meet us a few hours later to show the home. He ended up showing us over 30 properties and was very patient with 4 adults trying to agree! He found us the perfect home, hooked us up with a great finance company that gave us a great rate, managed the scheduling for all the appraisals, inspections, etc. He kept us updated the entire process. He even managed to pull up our closing by 5 days so we didn’t have to move over Thanksgiving! You will be very pleased with Jeff.

Jeff has the drive and experience which makes him a great realtor. He is trustworthy and honest. He is a great communicator with very good speaking skills and does not text and speaks directly with his clients when they call him; he is not hard to reach. He does his best to answer all calls coming in to him. Not to often do we get to talk with a live body. You will not be sorry, he goes beyond what is expected and earns his commission and you will gain a friendship that says a lot about him and his expertise as a business man in the field of broker/realtor.

Well, for all you readers, hear me out. I live in Europe and as you can imagine, it is not easy to deal with all that is involved with purchasing a property, especially from the other side of the ocean with a nine hour time difference. I did not know Jeff prior to my interest in purchasing a piece of property in Ramona. Well, I know him now. The service and support provided was outstanding, and Jeff made a very complicated transaction go through quite smoothly. Mr. Brumfield provided assistance and solved many issues, which I could not have solved on my own being so far away.
