Jeff Brumfield found us our dream house and pulled off a 30 day VA loan close. I highly recommend Jeff for all of your real estate needs. He took on the task of finding the perfect home for my multi-generation family. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry on another property and offered to meet us a few hours later to show the home. He ended up showing us over 30 properties and was very patient with 4 adults trying to agree! He found us the perfect home, hooked us up with a great finance company that gave us a great rate, managed the scheduling for all the appraisals, inspections, etc. He kept us updated the entire process. Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home.
