Never made me feel like I was a bother to him. I used him to buy my condo and now used him to sell it! I moved out of state, but really wish I could have had him cloned and brought him with to help me purchase my new home! Lol. Chris is wonderful as well! Just a great overall experience. I did not have as good of treatment when using someone else out of state. That just made me appreciate them even more. I highly recommend!

We sold our home in Ramona in June 2021. Jeff and his team were fantastic to work with. Jeff and team were EXTREMELY responsive to any and all questions. Home sold within a couple of days well over our asking price. Jeff is a one stop shop. He lined up all the need inspections, he also has a construction crew that took care of last minute repairs to the home. The quality of his services is worth the extra percentage commission. I had an incredible experience working with Jeff. I was very lucky to find him as a first time land buyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
