Well, for all you readers, hear me out. I live in Europe and as you can imagine, it is not easy to deal with all that is involved with purchasing a property, especially from the other side of the ocean with a nine hour time difference. I did not know Jeff prior to my interest in purchasing a piece of property in Ramona. Well, I know him now. The service and support provided was outstanding, and Jeff made a very complicated transaction go through quite smoothly. Mr. Brumfield provided assistance and solved many issues, which I could not have solved on my own being so far away. After working with Jeff to find our dream home back in Oct of last year, it was a no brainer for my husband and I to request his services once again to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Jeff was able to view the condo the very next day after discussing our desires over the phone the night prior. He was able to view and list the property in less than 24 hours. Jeff has the drive and experience which makes him a great realtor. He is trustworthy and honest. He is a great communicator with very good speaking skills and does not text and speaks directly with his clients when they call him; he is not hard to reach. He does his best to answer all calls coming in to him. Not to often do we get to talk with a live body. You will not be sorry, he goes beyond what is expected and earns his commission and you will gain a friendship that says a lot about him and his expertise as a business man in the field of broker/realtor.

Jeff did an excellent job of guiding us through the preparation of our rental property for sale with an eye on getting the best return for our investment in renovations. We met Jeff through his wife at the church. We reached out to him when we began looking to get into a larger home for our growing family. We met just before we took a week-long vacation. We are a family of 6 (soon to be 7) and getting out of the house for him to show the property was a slightly intimidating. Needless to say that while we were on vacation Jeff was able to get the house shown and sold. We didn’t need to worry about showing the house! His knowledge about the loan process and ability to explain everything in layman’s terms so we weren’t confused and clear about the entire process. Jeff was the buying and selling agent on the deal for our home, he has worked with our buyer while he has helped us finalize terms for the house we are buying. He’s been diligent about keeping us all in the loop as to where we are in the process and has worked with our buyer to ensure we could move into our new house as we moved out of our old house. Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home. When I saw our home, I immediately called him on Sunday morning and Jeff quickly booked an appointment to view the home on Monday. Our home in Lakeside was a foreclosure for almost two years, Jeff and his son Matt made the difficult process with the bank effortless. Aside from that, there were 2 other families viewing the home at the same time, Jeff quickly placed our offer and we won. Almost 7 years late, April 2016, Jeff sold us our 2nd home in Ramona. During the searching process, Jeff made himself available anytime. I loved how quickly he responded to our phone calls, same day home viewing requests, answered all our many questions and kept us encouraged to find our next house. After several months searching, again Jeff has sold us our dream home at the San Diego Country Estates in Ramona. Jeff originally sold us our condo in Ramona in 2014 and did an excellent job helping us as first time home buyers. So when the time came to sell our home this year we knew Jeff was going to be our first call. Jeff answered us immediately and when we explained the situation of needing to sell quickly, he said not to worry we would get it sold. Our home was listed the same week we made the call. One week later our home was under-contract. Jeff worked tirelessly to hold this deal together, unfortunately due to buyer circumstances it did not workout. However, the very next day we had it back on the market and Jeff held a public open house, the VERY next day! Jeff was able to secure another buyer for our home during that open house. Jeff negotiated on our behalf to get us the best outcome possible for our situation, for that we are very thankful. We closed on our home just over a month later with the help of Jeff guiding us through inspections, appraisals and repairs. Jeff also went above and beyond his duties taking care of things we could not, as we live out of state. We could not be happier with the service Jeff provided as well as his understanding with us when things got stressful.
