I first met Jeff Brumfield during a showing at my house that I was selling with another agent at the time. Upon our meeting I felt that out of all the agents I had met, and there were dozens! I knew this was an agent I needed incase my current deal fell trough… and it did! The previous agent probably hungry had over promised and under delivered as is so often the case. What Jeff didn’t know then was when he came in with his client was that I was actually interviewing him. Fast forward now to the outcome of my dealings with Jeff along with his associate Chris during the sale of my home. Mr Brumfield had delivered more than he promised! Jeff owning a construction company too and years of experience with finance companies as an insider gave me a huge advantage! The and great deals he negotiated for fix-ups etc. along with his connections and vast well rounded experience saved me a lot of money as well. Jeff Always had the time for me and always made sure to “take care of business” even when I was distracted with other things he and Chris managed to manage me making sure we got things done by the deadlines necessary. We met Jeff through his wife at the church. We reached out to him when we began looking to get into a larger home for our growing family. We met just before we took a week-long vacation. We are a family of 6 (soon to be 7) and getting out of the house for him to show the property was a slightly intimidating. Needless to say that while we were on vacation Jeff was able to get the house shown and sold. We didn’t need to worry about showing the house! His knowledge about the loan process and ability to explain everything in layman’s terms so we weren’t confused and clear about the entire process. Jeff was the buying and selling agent on the deal for our home, he has worked with our buyer while he has helped us finalize terms for the house we are buying. He’s been diligent about keeping us all in the loop as to where we are in the process and has worked with our buyer to ensure we could move into our new house as we moved out of our old house.
